ABOUT SUSAN
With a background in finance and a degree in business administration, Susan has more than 24 years of experience in industry and consulting.
She was a manager and leader of an international team for 11 years and an authorized signatory at GP Strategies – an international learning, development and training outsourcing group. She was responsible for all areas of corporate and people management, strategy and business development, business development in the D-A-CH region, account management as well as process development and optimization in the area of human resources/organizational development and training. Prior to that, she worked for Fairchild Dornier (at that time approx. 3600 employees) as a specialist for training and personnel development for a total of more than 7 years. She was responsible for the social plan measures of the employees during the insolvency. This experience was a decisive factor in her decision to focus her work on supporting people in crisis situations and transformations.
For the past 6 years, Susan has worked as an independent organizational developer. As a systemic process consultant, she has accompanied several large and medium-sized organizations in identity work, growth and change phases over the past years. One of her projects very close to her heart is the organizational development in a Zen Buddhist monastery.
Susan has worked internationally in Europe, USA and Asia, developing, discovering and nurturing people from different cultures. As a former competitive athlete, Susan has internalized themes of team spirit, focus and ambition from childhood. The connection between body, mind and spirit and her own journey of nearly 25 years of intensive bodywork through yoga and meditation continue to make up the quality of Susan’s process consulting today.
Susan completed the OE Master Workshop “Systemic-Evolutionary Organizational and Corporate Development” according to Trigon. She also learned hypnosystemic principles and concepts from Dr. Gunther Schmidt.
Clients appreciate Susan for her heartfelt competence to motivate people to grow beyond themselves, to recognize and go their way. She herself was lucky enough to always have a mentor by her side. She passes this gift on to all her clients in her down-to-earth, relaxed and pragmatic way. Her intensive work on the topic of “Recognize your own resources” forms the foundation of what she does. Through all these experiences and her competencies, she quickly gains a holistic view of organizations in order to identify, initiate and accompany upcoming changes.
Susan works in both German and English.
