The quickest way to find out whether coaching is right for you? An introductory meeting in which you describe your concerns and we explain to you how we could work on these concerns. On this basis, you can decide whether coaching is right for you.

There are basically three coaching options that are tailored to different constellations:

  1. Emergency coaching: A one-off, 2-hour session for immediate support.
  2. Focused coaching: 3 to 5 hours to tackle a specific problem.
  3. Coaching partnership: A comprehensive 10 plus X hour collaboration for continuous development.

Our coaching is based on the hypno-systemic principles of Dr. Gunther Schmidt of the Milton Erickson Institute in Heidelberg. This approach aims to systematically connect the conscious, unconscious and involuntary aspects of our being. By working with these deeper levels of the self, we help to discover and make targeted use of hidden resources, strengths and inner wisdom.

Coaching takes place either in person at our offices in Frankfurt, Bornheim Mitte or Nordend, or online.
