Ich habe bewusst auf Multi-Stakeholder-Prozesse gesetzt, um alle relevanten Vertreter regelm\u00e4\u00dfig an einen Tisch zu bringen und gemeinsam L\u00f6sungen zu erarbeiten. Sie erfordern oft das <strong>Wirken \u00fcber die eigenen Systemgrenzen von Team, Abteilung oder sogar Organisation<\/strong> hinaus. Die Erfahrung zeigt, dass Vereinbarungen, die auf faulen Kompromissen basieren, sp\u00e4ter eher gebrochen werden. Wir dr\u00e4ngen daher niemanden zu einer Einigung.<\/p><p>Stattdessen<strong> laden wir Widerspruch ein<\/strong>, um mehr \u00fcber die wichtigen Anliegen aller Beteiligten zu erfahren. <strong>Wir integrieren<\/strong> kontinuierlich das, was wir h\u00f6ren, <strong>bis alle zu einer L\u00f6sung finden, mit der jede\/r leben
